Maria Suokas considers herself a rather young pianist from Helsinki, Finland. In 2011 Suokas completed brilliantly her master's degree in Sibelius Academy, having studied also in France and Estonia along the way. Besides performing as an accomplished solo and chamber music pianist, Suokas has also performed as an orchestral soloist. She has made a number of solo piano recordings for the Finnish national broadcasting company YLE.
